Redesign the Shipwreck and the Ocean chunk #170

I think I can do a better job with my newer building methodologies.

I've also spotted a few 'mistakes' I made with wood type selection - which I think I might be able to improve on. This came about because the keel of the Shipwreck is also the internal floor.

I'd like to explore the possibility of including all 3 Chest types.

I want to explore including a 'cabin' area which players have to crouch to get into, as in vanilla-generated Shipwrecks.

This is turning into a full Ocean Chunk redesign, in order to include the Cold Ocean Ruins which will be required as a location for some of the new Pottery Sherds.
