Nether Chunks are not building in their 'random places' in Random mode #191

They are appearing in their 'standard places' when they are built, so the effect is that they overwrite the 3 corner chunks

@slipcor Do you think this has been addressed via the 'Markers fix' and should be updated to 'needs testing' also?
