Make Halloween and Christmas Editions of the Arena #42

Could the server auto-detect date and make all(?) or some games in Halloween Edition. For example... Pumpkins, Jack O'Lanterns, Scarecrow structures, Witches, etc, all over the place.

Can't do this server side, but could just include a Halloweed-themed arena for people to play at Halloween. Maybe a Christmas-themed one too? Snow and candy canes, etc

Halloween mode could be - the only mobs that spawn are Halloween related, e.g. Witches, Skeletons, Zombies, Bats, ... etc

Potentially add this as an Easter Egg in-game hidden Option (in the backend). I would need to build and save Halloween (Cobwebs) and Christmas (Snow) versions of each Chunk and save as nbts

Maybe I could make these as an extra download (after map release) and server owners could simply replace the old NBT files with the seasonal ones I provide as additional content?
