User Story

As a user of the WeatherCast application, I WANT to be allowed to search by city name or postal code SO THAT the result on the weather information will be display by the chosen locale/region by city name or postal code.

Acceptance Criteria

WHEN a user opens the weather lookup application THEN they should be able to search for weather information by entering a city name or zip code.
