To edit it, I believe you in that iReport plugin is required, but does it need it to be able to generate reports? For the most part, I don't really care about editing the reports themselves as long as you can do that. I trust that you have as much, if not more, artistic talents as I do

oh, sorry misscommunication, "in order to edit this properly" running it should not require anything beyond the project itself
