"Infinite" context scroll #49

Instead of having a few surrounding sentences in the context window when a document is clicked, I'd like the user to be able to scroll through the entire interview. This will come in handy when we pare down what makes it into the Grid.

AFAIK, the context is not scrolling at all. The beliefs are and the couple of settings can be copied from there.
