Add Info to Profile Home World #13

Currently the Home World field of the At A Glance profile section only displays the world name.

I'd like to add the data center and region to it automatically.

Current Example:
Home World: Midgardsormr

Desired Example:
Home World: Midgardsormr, Aether, NA
