Add list of components for Jack PCB #373

The Jack PCB section doesn't have a list of components the way the Pico PCB does. Add a new table with the components.

One additional question: where are the images actually hosted? They're all user-images.githubusercontent.com URLs, but I have no idea what repository they belong to. I was going to suggest adding an optional section to use additional male headers & jumpers as an alternative to the resistor legs. But without knowing where the images are actually hosted it's difficult to add/change any of them.

The images are hosted through GitHub itself, I don't know the actual location, I just drop the images into the markdown editor and it uploads and formats them. It's not best practice but works well for something like a build guide with that many photos!
