updating readme to let users know this is a release candidate #537

I checked out the 0.1.16rc1 tag which is what we currently have out on pypi- branched off of that tag, and updated the readme. If you guys approve the language change I'll tag this as 0.1.16rc2 and do a release to pypi again, then merge this into main to keep the changes.
