Custom workflows (in addition to pre-built workflows)

Use case

As a user, I would like to configure and run my own custom workflows that differ from any of the pre-built workflows.

We already have the ability to save custom workflows. Im guessing this is for loading custom workflows to tweak params?

@derekthirstrup Please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is for workflows that have a completely different configuration than the ones we provide, not just custom param values. I don't think we have that ability yet.

Yes it is a custom workflow with changes to a bunch of steps. I also included a hot pixel removal step at the end which is not part of any napari segmenter plugin workflows.
