Batch processing - Run batch - Cancel run

Story As a scientist, I want to execute segmentation workflows on a batch of many files so that I can do real science

A/C

• While a batch workflow is in progress, I see the "Run batch" button as a "Cancel" button instead
• When I click on "Cancel", an interruption of the batch processing is triggered
• While cancelation is being processed, the button shows "Canceling..."
• When cancelation is complete, the button resets to "Run batch" and I can trigger a new batch workflow execution

Details

• The "Run batch" button should cycle through "Run batch" > "Cancel" > "Canceling..." depending on status
• Implement cancellation of current batch process when user clicks on "Cancel"
• Segmenter needs to run in a separate thread for this to be possible
• We also likely have to update Segmenter to provide at least a file by file execution interface, or a cancelation mechanism of its own for this to work
