Batch processing - Completion dialog - Open output directory

Story As a scientist, I want to execute segmentation workflows on a batch of many files so that I can do real science

A/C

• I see an "Open output directory" button on the run complete modal
• When I click on the "Open output directory" button, the output directory path opens in the operating system's standard file explorer

Details

• Implement "Open output directory" feature. This should be a button on the "run complete" modal that shows after completion of a batch run
• Clicking the button should open the OS's file explorer at the selected output directory path
