Unused declared theorem style #12

What is the intent of such a declared theorem style: https://github.com/AllenDowney/ThinkDSP/blob/master/book/latexonly#L91 ?

Is it a left over of some past implementation? It looks like that the theorem style in use is exercise, never myex.

Yes, that was a leftover. I removed it. Thanks!
