error in renderers for figure and includegraphics #26

The template for figure was not generating the title. For a while I was working around that by generating the title in includegraphics, but that was not the right solution.

I have now fixed the template for figure and removed the workaround from include graphics.

Commit e89311db1a296ef5f9081181271e322ae3e00517 contains this fix. I think the correction in Renderers/DocBook/Floats.zpts should be pulled into the plasTeX distribution.

Tim (again) if you agree, would you do the pull (when Kevin has cycles).

I'll take care of this one quickly. I can do the template changes for DocBook, but Kevin handles the parse-related python classes.
