Error code 101 #2

In some rare events, an error code 101 is thrown to the user when they try to view results for their town. Currently unsure what the cause of this is.

Unfortunately I am still recieving push notifications that this error is being thrown. The logs that I'm saving to fatal.log just show empty values for $city and $data. Maybe people are just managing to submit an empty form somehow?

Until I see evidence that this is preventing people from seeing specific towns, I'll leave this closed.
