Unblock learning-mFISH pipeline #2457

The learning-mFISH group needs (at least) Suite2P segmentation to be running on their data in LIMS in order to do their prototype investigation. This epic exists to encapsulate all of the work surrounding that effort.

The current requirement for unblocking mFish is that Marina and her team should be able to load the sessions through the SDK from LIMS. Right now this is blocked on an error Marina encountered where the SDK attempts to load legacy data products that are not there. Have created SDK ticket #2464.
