Update VBO tutorial notebooks #2551

Once VBO fall 2022 release data is ready, we need to run all of the tutorial notebooks to make sure they run on the new data.

When updated the tutorials, add examples on 1) merging tables specifically the behavior information into the cells table and 2) computing the number of ROIs per experiment ROIs from the cells table.

Most work is potentially superseded by #2612 except for the additions mentioned above.
