Address issues arrising from validation by Corbett et al. #2596

Place holder issue for any problems with the NWB files for the VBN 2.0 release. Create or address issues made by Corbett.

A strange failure for behavior_session_id 1104326011 as found where lab_meta_data was dropped from the NWB file causing an error while loading. This seemed to stem from a try/except clause I put into my script to create NWB files would allow the script to continuing running and output any failed sessions. I've removed this block now that all NWB files are created and 1104326011 completed as expected. Awaiting final validation of all files. We expect to start work on the release/upload on Nov 29th. 2 weeks before the Allen showcase.
