Ticket/PSB-125: Fix bugs in stimulus_presentations table discovered during NWB validation #2686

Implement fixes to presentations table.

Add column ordering and integer type fixing. Better enforce typing for calculated values in stimulus_processing. Update stimulus_block_name to properly handle training sessions. Update unittests.
