Enable special link handling #182

Description

EMT would like to have links to other sites (like a specially configured 3D Web Viewer link) in their metadata. This would be represented by

The file details pane having special formatting for when a link is present (including being clickable)
The open with button and the right-click open with options should include these links inside their menus
