Show users all columns #222

Gideon requested that we do something to show the descriptions / columns available more easily. At the moment you can only see the descriptions when you hover over a column name (in a menu or somewhere), but it might be nice to be able to download the descriptions CSV or have some info modal on the "described by: ".

Relatedly, Graham seemed to want to be able to side-scroll to view all columns in the dataset.
