Add z & time & channel slider #292

Would be cool to be able to slide across z dimension (and time?) and be selected to select which channels are shown (or just show all..?). Needs some UX talks with Caroline since she had this idea.

maybe unrelated, not sure if this is captured elsewhere, but it would be interesting to use the thumbnail display size to choose the multiresolution zarr level taht you load from. (Instead of always picking the lowest resolution, try to match the css pixel size of the thumbnail display area?)
