Add functionality to BioNet's comsol module and update bio_comsol example #330

I added additional functionality to the comsol module in BioNet to allow more flexibility regarding how extracellular potentials are calculated in COMSOL. I also updated the bio_comsol example accordingly and added additional documentation.
