Summary of behavior movie analysis

• [ ] Selecting a subset of representative dataset to analyze. This dataset should include high quality of face and side view videos (visible illumination, minimal obstruction from the 2-photon lens, etc), sufficient ophys data (at least 10+ cells to correlate behavior to neural data), variety of learning metrics (from naive to expert level).
• [ ] Quantify behavior of the animals (Face motion energy, Deep Lab Cut or Lightening Pose)
• [x] This needs its own issue. Add behavioral variables to a regression model (GLM or similar). Compare variance explained of additional behavioral variables as opposed to pupil diameter or running speed. Do we explain additional variance in neural activity based on detailed face motion energy or pose estimation?
