Recently developed codes to analyze correlation matrices in different behavioral epochs (task vs no-task; task includes images, changes, and omissions; no-task includes gray screen pre-task, gray screen post-task, and fingerprint imaging).
During this effort I needed to incorporate some data_formatting codes from mindscope_utilities with some addendum. It is to be used with mindscope_utilities branch issue65 (soon to be merged).
