Overhaul mouse-seeks zdrift module #180

The current system for evaluating zdrift & the zdrift algorithm are not as functional for the operators as it needs to be. These sections need an overhaul to be more functional and less time consuming.

[x] short term: reconfigure modules
[ ] medium term: add interactive plots to be able to view local zstack and scroll through it to select frames
