Raise "Uncorrected Motion" Tag to Fail #288

Metric / Plot Impacted The experiment level QC section "Field of View Quality and Motion Correction" has a flag for "uncorrected motion present", which means that the motion correction algorithm failed to correct for the motion, usually due to low SNR

Update Motivation If motion correction fails, then downstream processes will also be invalid. This is the reason we QC this section: to catch experiments which fail motion correction and mark them as failed. Currently this tag only marks the experiment as "flagged", which would mislead operators into passing invalid data.

Requested Feature/Solution Increase the "uncorrected motion present" tag to "fail"

Scope All projects using motion correction and subsequent LIMS processs (projects targeting soma)
