Feature Request Motivation
Add a way to check the physio timing relative to the stimulus. There was a session recently that did not report as a failure when the physio movie stopped 20 minutes before the stimulus ended http://mouse-seeks/qc/ophys/session/1288548104. The sync report did not show this as a failure however, did display the correct number of physio frames detected by sync.
Requested Feature/Solution
[ ] New QC to compare the first rising edge and last falling edge of the physio frame sync to the duration of the acquisition trigger.
[ ] create a function that compares the duration of relevant data streams to the stimulus duration and returns a boolean if it's within some threshold (threshold tbd)
