Dev QC: "QC Status" Not updating #298

Describe the bug There are two parts to this bug:

  1. When you submit a session QC report in the new Dev QC, the "QC Submit" and "QC Status" columns of the session report do not update after you have submitted a session report.
  2. When you submit an experiment QC report, it does not update the "QC Status" column at of the Session Report Summary within the associated session report

Expected behavior QC reports submitted through the new QC Dev system should update the relevant QC Status columns
