Migrate mean_episodic_fov to new DB #303

Mean episodic fov file location information is no longer in MongoDB so these plots will not show up in the processing QC report page. From what Sean said, he just needs to migrate those file locations over from another database.

@arielleleon is this no longer need since mean episodic FOV is part of decrosstalk QC in CO now?
