Feature Request Motivation
Currently framerate in QC reports is being expressed in seconds. This not only makes the metric more difficult for the QCer to notice deviations, but also makes the metric more difficult to communicate (a change from 44hz vs 38hz is easier to recognize than 0.0227s vs 0.0263s)
Requested Feature/Solution
take the values currently in the QC for frame rates and divide 1 by them. (1/framerate in seconds = framerate in Hz)
