After submitting a complete experiment report, the session log does not update to reflect the QC status of the experiment, but rather says "incomplete"
Expected behavior
after finishing an experiment report, after refreshing the session QC report, the experiment summary should update with the highest level tag (pass, flag, fail) if the report is complete.
