Dev-QC: Intensity drift does not flag properly #336

Under the Fluorescent Signal Quality report module, the intensity drift should flag when |10%| < x < |20%| and should fail when x > |20%|. It currently does not do either

I'm not sure why the intensity drift isn't catching- there are entries for both of these in the database
