omFISHRbp4Meso Crosstalk Tag #365

Update Motivation omFISHRbp4Meso uses Rbp4 mice which only have expression in layer4. Due to limitations of our technology, we cant target paired planes that are both in layer 4. As a solution, for this project we collect a 1x8 where Channel1 targets layer4, and Channel2 targets 0. We send no power to Channel2. Therefor, all signal in Channel2 is always crosstalk for this project.

Even though this is intended, we should flag the FOV integrity module that there is cross-talk present. However, for THIS project ONLY, the "severe crosstalk present" tag should merely be flag level and not "fail" level.

Requested Feature/Solution For omFISHRbp4Meso, change "extreme cross-talk present" tag to "flag" instead of "fail"

this has been added to the dev db so it should be showing up in the dev mouse-qc reports. @samiamseid , can you confirm it looks as you'd like it to?
