omFISH Containers not Generating #407

Describe the bug Recently we started collecting data for both LearningmFISH and omFISH projects using the same mice (First LearningmFISH container is completed, then omFISH). For some reason, the LearningmFISH containers are generating properly, but not all 8 omFISH containers are generating. Sometimes only 5 generate, sometimes 7.

Expected behavior Containers are added to mouse-seeks via a notebook on the analysis server, setting the proper depths, area, project and cre line.
Then a mouse is added to a container in the datacube of mouse-seeks. Mouse-seeks then generates the containers in LIMS

Scope -currently only identified for omFISH

I failed all those containers that weren't fully generating, and added new datacube lines. For whatever reason, its working as expected now. Unsure why previous containers werent generating
