conn service was disabled again due to tdatacube mem issue, the rest services restarted manually.
seeing two mouse_ccf UP from http://tdatacube:8080/cgi-bin/apptest.cgi, I checked config files, didn't see problem. Possible I didn't clean up well last night, I will restart services tonight to make sure.
