use xrelease/deploy_datacube.yml on tdatacube for consistency across environments #87

This is working on devdatacube, except for some improvements that are documented in #86. @shus2018 assigning to you since tdatacube is now the odd one out. PR's can be opened against xrelease if there are any issues unique to your stage.

Sorry, I was at public release. No, I'm using all PROD config except warehouse updated to testwarehouse:9000 for each deployment.

By the way, tdatacube may need some upgrade to be the same as dev at least at some point. (maybe already done, I will clean up deployment scripts based on current requirements/envirironement).

Okay, yeah no hurry on this; just trying to be more pro-active about logging improvement issues as I come across them.

Created #91 regarding your testwarehouse:9000 issue (dev has the same problem but I just haven't been bothering to edit the configs).
