as you know snsShankMap does not exist in the recent spikeglx meta files, you might consider adding your updated SGLXMetaToCoords.py

Hi Cagatay – this file doesn't exist in the Allen Institute version of this repo. Since Jennifer's fork doesn't have a separate Issues page, but you could open an issue here and tag her to bring this to her attention.
