Update installation instructions in readme

Added suggestion BiocManager::install("WGCNA") (this solved `ERROR: dependencies ‘impute’, ‘preprocessCore’ are not available for package ‘WGCNA’)
Moved scrattch and tasic2016data to the top; mfishtools will not install without these
