Updates to:

[x] skip mean pupil computation if there is no eye tracking
[x] option to include invalid ROIs in cases where all ROIs are provided (useful for debugging)
[x] changes default epoch duration to 10 mins instead of 5 and provide it as an argument to get_annotated_stimulus_presentations
[x] incorporates changes in PR #60
