I want to depend on this package in a different project, but it was not on PyPI. This PR:
fills in setup.py with more details
moves misc files aside to not clutter top-level
gitignores build artifacts
extends copyright to include all recent work
The results have been packaged and published. I'm happy to give package admin rights to anyone representing AI that wants them, or to just administer the package myself for the foreseeable future.
