Add cell to the classify_waveforms.ipynb notebook that displays the proportion of optotagged cells that are regular spiking. Right now, it currently looks to be about 40% of RS cells are optotagged. Exclude the time bins that are right before and right after stimulus onset (recommendation of Corbett).
