suggest to unpin cebra; as this repo is used in a cebra_demo notebook what will rely on >0.2.0 features

Ah yes, this title in the list of topics was initially our overall goals for the book that we set at the very beginning and we refined our chapters content later on. Thanks for pointing that out. This title is not correct indeed.
