We want to change the authors list table on the intro notebook to include information like email, github, ORCID, institution, etc.
To implement this, here's what we should do:
Manually write a CSV containing all authors that has the above items that authors wish to share
The table should also have a "roles" column including the roles of each author
Add additional features to authors sphinx extension which take csv file name as input, and produces the authors list from that
It should use the roles to generate the tabbed content for each author role category.
