Exploring ways to segment movies.

In order to develop an improved pipeline to identify cells from optical physiology movies, we want to create a slick framework to drop in some denoising and segmentation modules, so that we can quickly iterate and evaluate their performance.

Tasks:

Create some reusable code

Validation criteria:

Framework exists to run these modules so we can output some results that help us determine the best direction
Demonstrate results to Pika from initial implementation of framework and a module
Prepare demonstration to scientific project group
