Add video to segmentation evaluation notebook #247

To help stakeholders review and compare segmentation outputs, we want them to be able to review full and thumbnails of the timeseries video in the Jupyter notebook.

Tasks:

[x] Include full video (e.g. embed webm from raw/motion corrected)
[x] dynamically render thumbnail videos of some ROI FOVs

Validation criteria:

[x] Changes merged to staging branch
[x] Send notebook link to Pika
