This PR adds dockerfile needed to launch pipeline through airflow helm chart and steps necessary to deploy it. There are various other changes included as well.

Adds dockerfile for production deployment

Manually tested that pipeline runs through airflow deployed on kubernetes cluster on VM and writes to production space on isilon
