Fixes issues found while testing pipeline
Installs a specific version of tensorflow that matches version of docker image
install library directly in python, rather than in conda env (issue with conda env, shouldn't be needed since only single python env in docker image)
Add timestamp to log
Improves calc of movie stats (significant speedup)
Increase default timeout of denoising finetuning from 8 hrs to 12 hrs
pull image into tmp dir and don't cache (advice from Nathaniel M, due to cryptic errors we were getting)
Fixes issues found while testing pipeline
