Updated createShiny.R to work with Sifter. This included:

New column names for the sums.feather, medians.feather, count_gt0.feather, and count_gt1.feather
Specifying the feather and NOT the arrow library for reading and writing feather files
Creating a new folder for writing, if the inputted folder does not yet exist
