With new credentials that Kat set up:

[ ] setup tests of all repo python code with CodeBuilder
[ ] add build status badge to README
[ ] Setup deployment of lambdas on successful build of master
[ ] Deprecate CircleCI builds ?

Though I don't dislike codepipeline, I am not sure if we have the integration tests to make this more useful than Circleci, which is already set up. Dan can you explain what benefits we'd get?
